Clerks 2 is the sequel to Clerks and stars
Brian O'Halloran, Jeff Anderson, Jennifer Schwalbach Smith, and Rosario Dawson. In this movie,
the Quick Stop, the convenience store where Dante (O'Halloran) and Randal (Anderson) have
worked for over a decade, burns down, due to Randal accidentally leaving the coffee pot on
overnight. After a year, we find the two working at the fictional Mooby's fast food restaurant.
It is also supposed to be Dante's last day as a clerk, as he is getting ready to move to
Florida with his fiancée, Emma Bunting (Smith), whose rich father will basically set
Dante up for life with his own house and a car wash, which he will manage. However, Dante is
also very good friends with his boss, Becky Scott (Dawson), and he is considering dumping Emma
for her, especially following a dance with Becky on the Mooby's roof when she tells Dante she's
pregnant with his baby.
