Little Man stars Marlon Wayans, Tracy Morgan, Kerry Washington, and Shawn Wayans. At the
beginning of this movie, Calvin Sims (M. Wayans) is a hardened criminal who gets released from
prison. Calvin is also a midget, and he and his accomplice, Percy (Morgan), are to pull off a
diamond heist and sell the diamond to some mobsters so Percy can fund his upcoming rap album
(Percy is a wannabe rapper). However, they run into complications, and Calvin ends up ditching
the diamond into someone's purse. The purse belongs to a woman named Vanessa (Washington),
whose husband, Darryl (S. Wayans), wants her to have a baby, but Vanessa does not believe she
is ready; she wants to put her career first. When Percy and Calvin find out about this, they
decide to disguise Calvin as a baby in order to get the diamond back. While Calvin intends only
to get the diamond and get out, he runs into one complication after another and winds up
staying with Darryl and Vanessa for quite a while. Of course, Calvin does not make it easy for
Darryl to be a parent, and while Darryl at one point thinks of giving up, eventually, he and
Vanessa consider adopting him. Moreover, Calvin comes to like the two, as he had never really
had a father or a mother. Meanwhile, Percy and Calvin are under serious pressure to deliver the
diamond, or the mobsters will kill them, and at one point, Darryl gets caught up in this, and
the mobsters threaten him too.
